The company is a rapidly growing engineering business located on the Space Coast in Melbourne, FL.

Critical Frequency Design’s Office Manager plays an important role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support and executive support. Responsible for tasks such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, assisting company leadership and maintaining organized workspaces, the Office Manager fosters a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet and check in visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply levels and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate and maintain office equipment like printers, phones, and computers.
  • Restock and keep the breakroom clean, organized, and functional.
  • Ensure common areas remain tidy and well-maintained.
  • Assist in planning and executing all CFD-hosted conferences and external-facing events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company employee engagement events.
  • Assist with document organization, filing, and scheduling as needed.
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors for office maintenance or repairs.
  • Ensure all office purchases are within budget, vendors are researched and obtain necessary approvals before finalizing purchases.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to employees, assisting with day-to-day office needs.
  • Support the leadership team as needed.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is for a full-time exempt employee and must be able to work regular business hours in-office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or event coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a US Person and eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational management or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented.
